Description: The ultimate goal of "WINOVATE" is the dissemination of the culture of de-alcoholized wine and non-alcoholic beverages among the younger generation and the dissemination of skills and competencies on non-alcoholic wine production for trainers and students of agriculture and cooking.
Role of CULTUM: CULTUM implements the toolkit for professionals, educators, and students Activity 1) with a focus on the environmental sustainability of wine production and the sustainability of the de-alcoholization process.
